We highly recommend Orvani hosting as it comes with your guard care plan. Our hosting has been custom created for security and speed, unlikely to be rivaled by your current host.
We roll back, fix in staging, and deploy safely. That’s the whole point of having a Guard at the gate.
Send requests by email or your client portal. We track them transparently and confirm when done. There are no time limits and you can request an unlimited number of tasks per month. (Design changes are not covered).
Castle Guard includes technical hygiene and Core Web Vitals care. Full SEO campaigns are a separate service and we’ll advise if you’re ready.
With Castle Guard, remediation is included. We’ll investigate the cause, cleanup promptly, and then harden so it doesn’t happen again. (If the breach is caused by client or a 3rd party authorized by client, such as allowing nulled or pirated software, a separate quote will be needed in order to fix the issue.)
Possibly, but it requires a mandatory Technical Audit first. To maintain our performance and security standards, we only support environments that meet specific criteria. During the audit, we evaluate your infrastructure, current software versions, and plugin integrity. If we find outdated builders, nulled or unlicensed software, or high-risk configurations that don’t align with our standards, we won’t be able to provide coverage. We don’t inherit technical debt because it compromises our ability to guarantee the results we’re known for.
