MSC Cruises just gave its seasoned travelers a reason to raise a glass. The beloved MSC Yacht Club experience, known for its polished service, upscale spaces, and true all-inclusive perks, is docking aboard MSC Magnifica as part of the ship’s most extensive makeover in a decade. And yes, it’s more than a facelift. This is a glow-up with purpose.

The MSC Magnifica is headed to dry dock for a top-to-bottom refresh, and when she emerges, she’ll carry with her the cruise line’s signature “ship within a ship.” For the first time ever, MSC Yacht Club will be available on itineraries cruising from Warnemunde through the Baltic and Scandinavia, as well as aboard the 2027 MSC World Cruise. Sales are open now for summer 2026, because good things come to those who don’t wait.

CEO Gianni Onorato put it simply: people love the Yacht Club, and MSC is doubling down on that love by bringing it to more ships. This overhaul isn’t just cosmetic. It’s a statement that luxury is no longer reserved for the newest ships in the fleet.

So, what does Yacht Club life on Magnifica look like? Think private, all-inclusive access to a world most guests never see. We’re talking around-the-clock butler and concierge service, serene suites that skip the flash in favor of thoughtful details, and a suite of private spaces, restaurant, lounge, sundeck, pool, and bar, designed to make the rest of the ship feel like background noise. You can explore when you want. Escape when you need.

The revamped Yacht Club will span five decks and include 63 suites in a variety of styles, including interconnected options for families and a Royal Suite that comes with its own whirlpool and a terrace so big it should have its own address. Every room is finished in elegant materials like marble, stocked with indulgent details like Nespresso machines and embroidered towels, and serviced with 24-hour room service that actually delivers what it promises.

The new sundeck will feature a Grill & Bar, cabanas, and a pool space designed to help you forget the world entirely. For those who prefer their sea views served with silence, the Top Sail Lounge will offer a panoramic escape with plush seating and craft cocktails. And if you’re chasing the perfect meal, the new Yacht Club restaurant is bringing fine dining to sea with menus that shift, sommeliers that know their stuff, and service that remembers your name.

And just when you think that’s the end of the headline, there’s more. MSC Magnifica is also getting a brand-new Aurea Spa that spans nearly 3,000 square feet. You’ll find everything from panoramic saunas to salt rooms to herbal teas in quiet corners. If sweating it out is more your speed, the new Technogym-powered fitness center on Deck 14 will include next-gen equipment, yoga and spin studios, and ocean views that make you forget leg day even hurts.

Sailings are already lined up. MSC Magnifica heads out from Warnemunde starting May 16, 2026, hitting iconic Northern European cities like Riga, Stockholm, and Helsinki. Winter 2025/2026 adds sun-chasing voyages through the Mediterranean, with stops in Barcelona, Rome, and Marseille. And if you’re looking to check the globe off your list in one go, the 2027 MSC World Cruise will carry Yacht Club guests across 25 countries and 45 destinations, including seven overnight stays in places you’ll never want to leave.

This isn’t just a new chapter for MSC Magnifica, it’s a full rewrite. The kind with luxury, scenery, and enough bragging rights to carry you through your next office meeting. Welcome aboard.
